Privacy Policy

JobVault is a personal document vault for recruitment-related paperwork. We only store the information you explicitly provide: your name, email address, and the documents you choose to upload against your job posts.

What we store

• Account details: name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Job posts you add or create, for organizing your documents.
• Documents you upload, stored in encrypted cloud storage.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't use your documents for AI training or analysis.
• We don't track your recruitment outcomes or activity beyond the vault itself.

Your rights

You can update your profile at any time from Settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account.
